Carmel Partners Eyes Oahu for More Multi-family Purchases

Carmel Partners, the San Francisco-based company that recently bought The Waterfront at Puuloa in Ewa Beach for $311 million, says they see Oahu as a primary market and that they are looking for other similar type properties to purchase.
