Our funds target investments based on specific attributes, including attractive purchase price, potential operating leverage benefits (repositioning and/or redevelopment of underperforming assets), and most importantly, concentration in a particular property sector or geographic region.  Since 2003, Carmel Partners, through its investment funds have been an active investor in value add multifamily real estate investments, adding to its portfolio though both acquisitions and development.
