Fund I

Carmel Partners Fund I raised $215 million from institutional investors.  The fund was invested over the period of 2004-2005 in 31 properties, totaling 5,435 units in the target markets of California, Washington, DC, Denver, and Hawaii.  Investments made were primarily acquisition/rehab opportunities of existing multi-family assets.  However, Fund I also invested in select condo conversion and apartment development deals.
