Fund III

Carmel Partners Fund III raised $700 million from institutional investors, including a large percentage of limited partners from prior funds. Fund III was invested over the period 2008-2012 and includes 35 transactions, totaling 4,178 units in the target markets of California, Washington, DC, Denver, Hawaii, Seattle, and New York. Fund III investments consist primarily of acquisition rehab opportunities of existing multi-family assets. Fund III also invested in a number of other opportunities such as first mortgage purchases, B-piece debt purchases, and development deals. Below is a sampling list of Fund III assets:
