Waterford Place in Everett, Washington, was recently refreshed with extensive upgrades. The project’s serene location is just north of Mill Creek within easy access to Silver Lake and Mill Creek Town Center. A quaint picturesque retreat, the property is also conveniently close to Highway 527 for easy city access.
The project’s 200 units, which come in eight unique floor plans, received a substantial face lift. Newly designed interiors include vaulted ceilings to maximize natural light and offer an airy, wide-open feeling. Beautiful modern kitchens were upgraded with sleek black appliances, designer cabinets, and new countertops. Additional touches include wood burning fireplaces and large private outdoor patios and decks.
Waterford Place’s clubhouse, leasing office and fitness center were completely renovated. Other common area improvements include the addition of a business center with Wi-Fi, faxing, and private workspaces. Curb appeal was enhanced through asphalt repairs, fencing replacement, exterior lighting upgrades, and landscape improvements.
