We expect to seek certifications for all new developments across our portfolio. We believe that aligning our buildings with sustainability certification standards provides more efficient, healthier communities, and may create additional value through reduced utility costs, higher occupancy rates and premium rents, while also supporting higher retention and satisfaction of residents.
