The Annex on 12th

Annex on 12th is a development project in central Washington, D.C. The project consists of a repurposed, seven-story, historic concrete building and an additional newly constructed 13-story building for a total of 562 residential units. Residents have access to an activated rooftop with a pool and views of the Washington Monument, Capitol Building and Potomac River above the 10th floor. The project is immediately adjacent to transit, employment and the National Mall.
