Sarah Converse joined Carmel Partners in 2019 and has two decades of experience working in multifamily and residential development. As Vice President, Design, she is responsible for interior design throughout the portfolio for amenities, units, corridors, and national procurement.
Prior to joining Carmel, Ms. Converse served as Development Director at LMC, A Lennar Company, where she oversaw all facets of the development process including planning, design, entitlement, construction, and lease-ups. She also gained experience in development, design, acquisitions, operations, and marketing while working at the Irvine Company, Alliance Residential Company, and Brookfield Residential.
Ms. Converse earned her Bachelor of Arts in history of art & architecture from the University of California, Santa Barbara with supporting certifications including Sales & Marketing for the Residential Builder and Light Construction & Development Management from University of California, Irvine.
