As Vice President, Asset Management, Eastern Region, Jay Minchilli is responsible for asset management of the entire East Coast portfolio. Mr. Minchilli joined Carmel Partners in 2018 after 19 years at J.P. Morgan, the last 13 of which he served as Executive Director for their Global Real Assets Division. There, he was directly responsible for asset management over a portfolio valued at approximately $1.5 billion, comprised of residential and mixed-use assets.
Mr. Minchilli received his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Iona College, Graduate Certificate in real estate from New York University, and his undergraduate degree from Fordham University.
