As VP, HR Operations, Erlinda Cruz is responsible for HR Operations, including Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, Workers’ Compensation, and HR Programs and Policies. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
Prior to joining Carmel Partners, Ms. Cruz handled Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and HR Shared Services for various global and domestic companies, including Riverbed Technology, UTStarcom, and Telecare Corporation.
Ms. Cruz earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in human resources from California State University, East Bay.
