Jennifer Will

SVP, Asset Management

Jennifer Will joined Carmel Partners in 2015. She has over 15 years of experience in asset management and acquisitions of multifamily and commercial assets and as a Senior Vice President is responsible for overseeing the Asset Management Team and operations for Denver and East Coast assets.

Prior to joining Carmel, Ms. Will served as a Senior Associate at Shorenstein Properties and also gained experience in asset management and acquisitions while working at Glenborough.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration at Saint Louis University with a concentration in finance.

Leah Woogen

SVP, Asset Management

Leah Woogen joined Carmel Partners in 2020 as Vice President, Asset Management. As Senior Vice President she is responsible for overseeing the Asset Management Team and operations for the West Coast and Hawaii portfolio.

Ms. Woogen has worked in real estate and asset management for over a decade. Prior to joining Carmel, she served as Vice President of Asset Management at Mill Creek Residential Trust where she managed Mill Creek’s West Coast portfolio. Ms. Woogen also held roles at Greystar Real Estate Partners as Director of Real Estate, where she directed national portfolio performance and execution for Blackstone’s multifamily portfolio, and as Director of Investments, responsible for sourcing and evaluating all multifamily acquisitions and disposition opportunities in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Chicago MSA.

Ms. Woogen received her master’s degree in real estate finance from Georgetown University and her undergraduate degree in finance from Tulane University.

Carly Lenderts

VP, Asset Management

Carly Lenderts joined Carmel Partners in 2018 and has a decade of experience working in the multifamily real estate investment space. As Vice President, Asset Management she is responsible for lease-up strategy and operations for the Denver and Washington, D.C. markets.

Prior to joining Carmel, Ms. Lenderts served as analyst at Monarch Investment and Management Group where she handled sourcing and underwriting multifamily properties. She also provided due diligence and transaction management for new acquisitions and refinances, as well as financial analysis and budgeting for properties across the Midwest and Southeast.

Ms. Lenderts earned her Bachelor of Arts in international relations and politics, philosophy and economics from Claremont McKenna College.

Brett Christopoulos

VP, Asset Management, Retail

Brett Christopoulos joined Carmel Partners in 2022 and is Vice President, Asset Management, Retail. He has over 16 years of experience in institutional and private retail asset management, leasing and acquisitions of retail/mixed-use assets. As Vice President, he is responsible for overseeing the retail asset management team and mixed-use operations for Carmel’s portfolio nationwide.

Prior to Carmel, Mr. Christopoulos developed his skillset and experience at highly regarded private and publicly traded REITs, including Merlone Geier Partners and Federal Realty, where he worked on multiple esteemed mixed-use lifestyle projects on the West Coast.

Mr. Christopoulos received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from California State University, Chico.

Greg Pasquali

VP, Development & Asset Management

As Vice President, Development & Asset Management in Northern California, Greg Pasquali leads the pursuit and approval processes for new development projects across the Bay Area. Additionally, he oversees business plan strategy and implementation for operating properties and supports Northern California teams with design expertise and political, community strategy and retail strategies.

Prior to joining Carmel Partners in 2014, Mr. Pasquali was a Project Manager at Holliday Development, managing Bay Area multifamily development projects. He has also worked for affordable housing nonprofits and, for five years, managed multidisciplinary technical teams that consulted for cities, regional governments and private and nonprofit developers on long-range development policy, zoning and urban design.

Mr. Pasquali earned his Bachelor of Arts in architecture and urban studies from Yale University. He was the 2010 Cities in the 21st Century Program fellow and traveled around the world researching and teaching about urban development and infrastructure. He currently serves as a board member of the downtown Oakland Association and Jack London District Association.

Matt Quiat

VP, Asset Management

Matthew Quiat joined Carmel Partners in 2023 with over a decade of experience in real estate asset management, investment and development. As Vice President, Asset Management, he is responsible for creating and implementing business plans and ensuring efficient operations for Carmel’s Southern California and Seattle regions.

Prior to joining Carmel, Mr. Quiat worked at Brookfield, where he was responsible for their mixed-use developments on the West Coast. He has also held roles in New York at Stonehenge NYC and The Brooksville Company, focused on acquisitions and executing value-add investment strategies in the Northeast. He previously sat on the Pacific Palisades Community Council and is currently a member of the Los Angeles Arts District Business Improvement District.

Mr. Quiat received his Master of Science in real estate with a concentration in finance and investments from New York University and his Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Maryland-College Park.

Natalia Zhou

VP, Asset Management

Natalia Zhou joined Carmel Partners in 2023 with over a decade of experience in real estate investment and asset management, with exposure to both multifamily and single-family rental assets. As Vice President, Asset Management, she is responsible for overseeing asset management strategy and operations for the Northern California market.

Prior to joining Carmel, Ms. Zhou was an Asset Manager at IEC, where she managed the firm’s multifamily portfolio across Northern California and Washington State. Earlier in her career, she worked in M&A investment banking with Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong, where she gained foundational experience in financial analysis, transaction execution and capital markets.

Ms. Zhou earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with double majors in finance and accounting from the University of Hong Kong. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University and has been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder since 2015.
